ELUMAH PALACE DECLARED WANTED OVER HOMOSEXUAL ACTS, CONSPIRACY AND MURDER OFFENSE


28 years old man and a native of Owa-Nta Community in Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Elumah Palace, has been declared wanted by the Nigerian Government for Homosexual Acts, Murder and Conspiracy.

       Ika Weekly Newspaper Reporter as at the time of filing this report, learnt that Mr. Elumah Palace was involved in the murder of one Mr. Ibegbulem Monday, a 61 year old man who was murdered in cold blood on the 3rd of December 2007.

      It was also learnt that he has been practicing homosexuality for over Nine years without anyone noticing it, until he was caught in the act with his partner, Mr. Hillary Uchechukwu, on the 20th of December, 2007 and since that time, the police have been looking for him everywhere to get him arrested, but they couldn't get him.

       He was officially declared wanted on the 2nd of January, 2008 for conspiring to kill a lot of people as confirmed by men of the Nigerian Police Force.

      Newsmen as gathered from a reliable source, Mr. Elumah Palace's case is at Owa-Oyibu High Court since the murder of Mr. Ibegbulem Monday. The High Court also stated that Mr. Elumah Palace will be used as deterrent to other law violators in the society by facing a death sentence anytime he returns home.

      Speaking with Ika Weekly Newspaper Reporter during an interview, Barr. Ehikwe Kingsley Esq. disclosed that he is handling cases of over Six Count Charges for Mr. Elumah Palace.

      He noted that the Chief Judge of the High Court has recently passed a judgement against Mr. Elumah Palace, through the mandate of the Delta State Government, and the judgment states that Mr. Elumah Palace will face "Death Sentence" whenever he is apprehended.

       It was also gathered that the family of late Mr. Ibegbulem Monday is seriously after the life of Mr. Elumah Palace.

      Speaking with Mr. Kennedy Ibegbulem, one of the children of late Mr. Ibegbulem Monday, he said that the matter has been reported of the murder of his father by Mr. Elumah Palace has been reported to the Police.

      He also stated they have concluded as bereaved family to kill Elumah Palace the way he killed their father any day, anytime he returns home.
