Police declare Rowland Igbo, Victor Excel wanted over gay practice

The Nigerian Police, Imo State Police Command, have declared the duo of Rowland Igbo and Victor Excel wanted for engaging themselves in gay practice.
Our reporters reliably gathered that Rowland Igbo and Victor Excel are both from Owerri, the capital of Imo State, Nigeria.
The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Imo State Police Command, Henry Okolie told journalists that Rowland Igbo and Victor Excel were both involved in homosexual activity and they were caught by their kingsmen while on bed during the act in Rowland Igbo's room at Owaelu Uratta Community in Imo State on July 7, 2021.
The Imo State Police Command Public Relations Officer further disclosed that Rowland Igbo narrowly escaped from the grip of the angry mob with injuries leaving Victor Excel behind who sustained some vital injuries and currently, undergoing some medical treatments at the Federal Medical Center,in Owerri.
He stated that gay practice or homosexual act is a criminal offence in Nigeria and attracts a jail term of 14 years. He declared that both Rowland Igbo and Victor Excel will face the wrath of the law as contained in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He therefore called on anyone who has any vital information on the whereabouts of Rowland Igbo to please contact the nearest police station. He assured that the police is not going to relent its efforts on the investigation until Rowland Igbo is arrested and also, prosecuted alongside Victor Excel.
