IPOB PROTEST: 11 FEAR DEAD, OTHERS DECLARED WANTED AS EFFORT TO SUPPORT DONALD TRUMP TURNS VIOLENT.

     Members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) have on the 20th of January, 2017, held a peaceful protest in the Southern Oil Hub of Port Harcourt, River State to drum support for Donald Trump's inauguration as President of the United States of America (USA) as well as fighting for their independence.

   Speaking with Ika Weekly correspondent in Port Harcourt, Prince Emmanuel Kanu, the brother of IPOB leader, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, disclosed that they are in support of Donald Trump's candidacy because he had won their favour as he is always supports the right and decisions to self-determination. He also noted that IPOB loves Donald Trump for his passion to encourage legacy of self governance .
      Speaking further, Prince Emmanuel Kanu said that the protest members of the IPOB whom he said that support the independence of the South-southeast Region of Biafra. The states that were involved in the protest according to him include, River State,  Anambra State, Enugu State, Ebonyi State, Abia State, Imo State, Delta State Edo State and other States in the Southeast  region of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The IPOB leader further stated that during the protest eleven IPOB members were killed by the Police, some of them sustained serious injuries while others who were lucky enough to escape death were declared wanted by Police.
       In a bid to gather more information about the peaceful protest, effort was made by the Ika Weekly Newspaper reporters in Agbor to Carry out some investigations. During the investigations, it learnt that one of the IPOB coordinators, Mr. Ugochuckwu  Solomon Dimkpa and other residents of Ika Land(Agbor), like Mr. Kennedy Okoh, Hillary Ebegboni, Kingsley Iweka and others were involved in the protest in Port Harcourt.
     In a brief chat with newsmen during his visit to Ika Weekly Newspaper Head Office in Agbor, a Public Relations Officer(PRO) of the Nigerian Police in Port Harcourt, SP. Samuel Munachi, said that himself and his squad have been directed to Agbor, Asaba and communities in Delta State and Edo State for the arrest of the protest victims. He also mentioned that all members IPOB who are still at large have been declared wanted. While cautioning the youths to desist from violence and criminality, SP. Munachi said that Mr. Ugochuckwu Solomon Dimkpa, Mr. Kennedy Okoh, Mr. Hillary Ebegboni, Kingsley Iweka and all who came to Port Harcourt for the protest will be made to face the law whenever they are caught so as to serve as deterrent to other law violators in the country.
