ULAKPA MONDAY, OKOH KINGSLEY DECLARED WANTED OVER THE MURDER HON. WILLIAMS MELEKWE
Two bosom friends, Ulakpa Monday and Okoh Kingsley, were on the 16th day of December, 2014, declared wanted by the Nigerian Government over the alleged murder of Hon. Williams Melekwe, former Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State.
ULAKPA MONDAY,Ulakpa Monday was born on the 22nd of March, 1988 (26 years) while Okoh Kingsley was also born on January 11, 1987 (25 years). Both of them are Christians and are also indigenes of Owa-Alero Community in Ika North-East Local Government Area, Agbor Delta State. It was also gathered that Monday and Kingsley were both Plumbers by profession.
Speaking with Ika Weekly Newspaper Reporter, first son of the deceased, Mr. Christopher Melekwe said that his father left home in the morning of December 10, 2014 to see a friend who lives Umunede Community, but did not return.

According to him, " People who witnessed the untimely death of my father, told us that Ulakpa Monday carried his friend, Okoh Kingsley who killed my father. After they succeeded in murdering the innocent man on his way back from his journey, they ran away with their Motorcycle.
I want to make clear to the whole world that I will personally kill Monday and Kingsley whenever I set my eyes on them. My appeal to the security operatives is that they should help us fight this injustice by getting the culprits arrested," he concluded.

Also speaking briefly with the journalist, the Divisional Police Officer in charge of the Owa Police Station, ASP. Monday Osayi, described the death of Hon. Williams Melekwe as unfortunate incident and great lost to Ika nation.
Speaking further, the Police DPO noted that from now onwards, Monday and Kingsley have been declared wanted, urging the general public to always report to the police whenever the information that can lead to the arrests of the wanted persons gets to them. While calling on the general public to desist from criminal activities, the DPO stated that even though Monday and Kingsley return to Ika land in twenty years time, they will also be apprehended to serve as deterrent to others.
As at the time of filing this report, Ulakpa Monday and Kingsley Okoh were nowhere to be found. Some people told newsman that they abandoned the Motorcycle which they used for the operation at the residence of Mr. Ulakpa Anthony, Monday's father who is the rightful owner of the Motorcycle in Owa-Alero village and ran away.
