A mother of five children, Mrs. Paul Angela, from Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State, has raised an alarm concerning the sudden disappearance of her eighteen year old son, Paul Elvis.
Mrs. Paul Angela, who visited the Ika Weekly Newspaper corporate office, located at No 108, Old Lagos/Asaba Road, Agbor, Delta State, on Tuesday February 9, 2016, told the newsmen, that her son has been missing since February 4, 2016.
Furthermore, she revealed that within just two days after the sudden disappearance of her son (Paul Elvis), some heavily armed young men, who identified themselves as members of the Black Axe (Aye) confraternity stormed her home in search of her son, in order to kill him.
According to her, “I was surprised to see members of the Black Axe cult group in my home, because I absolutely had no idea that any of my children were members of a cult group. During the unexpected visit, I overhead one of them say that my son, Elvis, must be killed for betraying them by breaking their rules. Every effort I made to pacify them, proved abortive, as they insisted that my son must go down six feet into the ground”.
Continuing, Mrs. Paul Angela, said that she decided to meet with the press to let the public know that the lives of her household members are under serious threat. She further disclosed that a close friend of her son, who wishes to remain anonymous, confided in her that her son, who was indeed a member of the Black Axe cult group, regretted his decision soon after joining the confraternity.
Further lamenting the mysterious whereabouts of Paul Elvis, she said that members of her household are not only confused, but also in pains. She added that as of right now, no one knows if Paul is alive or dead. She said that the matter has been reported to the Agbor Police Divisional Headquarters.
She used the opportunity appealed to members of the public who may have some information concerning her son’s whereabouts to reach out to her, or report the nearest security agency as his safety is paramount.
