EMMANUEL EMEKE DECLARED WANTED AFTER RAPING A GIRL TO DEATH

A resident of Owa-Nta Idumuetor Community in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Emmanuel Emeke has been declared wanted by the men of the Nigerian Police for allegedly raping a 18year old girl whose name was given as Miss Priscilia Okobia to death.
 
The ugly incidence took place on Friday, March 13, 2016 at Okwe Farm Road in Owa-Nta. 
Speaking with Ika Weekly reporters in an interview during a visit to the community, on Thursday, March 24, 2016 an eyewitness by name, Kelvin Melekwe disclosed that he was on his way returning from the farm when he heard a scream of someone in distress, he traced the screaming and saw Emmanuel Emeke forcefully having carnal knowledge of Priscilia, stating that Emmanuel took to his heels on the sight of him.
Speaking further, he stated that it was him who assisted Priscilia home before she later died at the hospital where she was rushed to for immediate treatment.
Further investigation disclosed that Hon. Sylvester Okobia, the father of the deceased who also is a renowned politician and very affluent has vowed to used every machinery at his disposal to unravel the hideout of Emmanuel, who has since, gone into hiding and make sure he pays for the death of his only daughter with his life.
It was also gathered that Hon. Okobia has also placed a ransom of N2million on the head of Emmanuel for whoever is able to provide concrete information that could lead to the arrest of Emmanuel, saying that he has also charged the Nigerian Police Force to put in all their best to ensure that Emmanuel is arrested and made to face the wrath of the law.
As at the time of filing this report, Emmanuel Emeke and the entire members of his family were said to have gone into hiding for fear of being lynched or killed by the family of the deceased while the deceased have been laid to rest.

A 26_years old man Abose Emmanuel from Igbogili, Abavo in ika south local government Area, has been declared wanted by the Nigeria police force(NPFA), Agbor Division for acts of homosexuality. In a chat with ika weekly Newspaper's reporter, the Divisional police officer in charge of Agbor Police division. Superintendent Albert Uchechi Dike frowned at Abose Emmanuel involvement in homosexuality, which according to him is a very serious crime that goes against the religious, culture and constitutional provision of the federal republic of Nigeria. While assuring that the division will leave no Stone unturned in fishing out Abose Emmanuel, D.P.O Dike said his gay partner who gave his name as George Orewa was apprehended in a dancing club and confessed to the act. 
 He also revealed that a family in Abavo community is also in search of Abose Emmanuel to tell them what he knows about the death of their daughter, Sandra,whom he had blood oath with. Before she died during child delivery in the year 2012 the police boss called on the members of the public who have information on Abose Emmanuel where a bouts to inform the division as a ransom reward awaits who ever is able to divulge credible information concerning his whereabouts

HERDSMEN MENACE: WE WILL FISH OUT BAD EGGS Says Ebie

The Secretary to Delta State Government (SSG), Barr. Chiedu Ebie has said that the state government is determined to fish out the bad eggs among the herdsmen that are residing in the State while he urged Deltans to be calm and peaceful.
The SSG made this declaration in a meeting with members of Anioma Security Watch in his office at the Government House, Asaba, on Tuesday July 16, 2019. The SSG worried over the seven day ultimatum issued by the outfit to herdsmen to quit Anioma land last week, maintained that Delta state has been peaceful adding that the peace should be maintained for the state to continue to develop in all ramifications. 
 
Barrister Ebie stated that not all herdsmen are bad adding that the government is doing its best to fish out the bad ones residing in the state. He urged members of Anioma Security Watch to concentrate on fishing out the bad elements among the herdsmen and not target them in generality saying that every society has bad people among them and therefore all efforts should be geared towards bring out those tarnishing the image of others.
Furthermore, he said extreme measures can never bring solution to any problem, while he maintained that Delta state has a governor whom the people’s well being is his utmost concern. Adding that the governor is working tirelessly to ensure that there are peace and progress in the state.
The Director, Department of State Security Delta State, who was present at the meeting, said the letter and the subsequent peaceful protest by the organization was a wake-up call for his department saying that there is no way the police can function effectively without the help of the local police. He stated that henceforth, his unit would involve Anioma Security Watch in strategic reviews.
On his own part, the Commissioner of Police, Delta State, thanked members of Anioma Security Watch for the support they have been giving to the police force while he urged them to remain calm as the police force and the state government is doing everything possible to ensure that Delta state is peaceful.

*Eric David Runs For His Dear Life After Being Threatened To Be Killed By An Occult Society;*

Eric David an indigene of uromi Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. Born on December 15th, 1996 ran for his dear life on Tuesday march 29th, 2016.

Speaking with News men during their Visit to Uromi Community on Saturday 2nd April 2016, to know the reason why Mrs. David has been crying bitterly day and night to the people of Uromi community.

According to report, Mrs. David spoke to the news men with uncontrollable tears that since the death of her husband, she has not for one day experience peace in her life by the occult society called Ogboni which her husband belong to secretly before he died have been disturbing her and attacking her spiritually and physically in different forms.
 


They appeared to her in the night as a snake threatening to kill her. She said that the reason why they have been attacking her all began on Sunday 27, March 2016, being the date of the burial ceremony of her husband in which the Ogboni society told her that her son Eric will replace his father in his position in the Ogboni society. They continued by saying that they want to do some sacrifices with her son Eric to initiate him so as to continue from where his father stopped.

Mrs. David said to the Ogboni men that never in History will her son Eric be doing sacrifices with them being the fact that they are of a Christian family of which she has two children Eric being the only son she has. For that reason alone, she won’t allow him to be a part of an occult society. Explaining further, Mrs. David stated that The Ogboni men told her, that never will she and her son Eric, experience peace in their lives as far as she doesn’t want her son to join the society.

The occult men told her that any where she hide her son, they must surely know where he is as far as his legs touches the ground in the land of Nigeria, except her son is not living or residing in Nigeria.  Mrs. David said this is the reason why she has been crying bitterly day and night to the people of Uromi community, for them to know what she is passing through before she dies, that even till now; they are desperately looking for him.

 According to report, Mrs David said that she has been looking for her son, that she does not no where he run to.

      A middle age man by name Mr. Skelly Moses, a native of Agbor, in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, has been declared missing.
     

    According to a family source who spoke on the condition of anonymity to newsmen, disclosed that Mr. Skelly Moses, who was his Nephew, was last seen in Agbor, on December 19, 2015. Continuing, the uncle stated that during the last visit of Skelly Moses to his residence at Okoh Street in Agbor, Skelly, informed him that he was being sort after by members of a dreaded secret society group known as the Ogboni fraternity, dead or alive, haven failed to accomplish the assignment given to him to offer his mother to them for sacrifice as demanded by the cult group, as one of the requirements for his initiation and Blood oath taking, that would make him become very wealthy and famous.
 
     

    
The source further revealed that trouble started, when Skelly Moses, refused to offer his father, Mr Ijeh Moses, to the Ogboni Fraternity for sacrifice. He stated that with the refusal members of the secret society decided to kill Skelly Moses, for having flouted their order.
He stated that with the development his nephew who was  fondly referred to as "Bally Who", by his friends and associates had to go into hiding for safety. The anonymous uncle also hinted that when it became clear to the Ogboni fraternity members that Skelly Moses, was nowhere to be found, they started searching for his father Mr. Ijeh Moses and members of his family; however, Mr. Ijeh Moses, was later found dead at Abudu, in Edo State, were he was gruesomely murdered by unknown assassins, on 30 December 2015.
   The source further stated that based on the ugly development, he became convinced about all the confessions which Mr. Skelly Moses, had confided in him before he went missing, emphasizing that with the death of his brother, Late Mr. Ijeh Moses,  the father of Skelly Moses, he strongly believed that the assassination must have been carried out by members of the Ogboni Fraternity, the secret society group which Skelly Moses, told him about; which he felt must have prompted the young man to have fled to an unknown destination for his dear life; disclosing that since the month of December 2015, nobody have heard from Mr. Skelly Moses, or knows his whereabout.

Abavo crises claim lives as many flee community for safety

Abavo,a once peaceful agrarian community, in Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State was at the moment a shadow of itself as the community has been torn apart by crises.The crises which began in 2012 over a  kingship tussle between  King Uche Irenuma and Prince Sunday Ekhator, on July 16,2014 took a new twist as it claimed lives of some indigenes of the community leaving many injured.


    Our reporters who visited the community during the week escaped by the whiskers as the King Uche Irenuma supporters and Prince Sunday Ekhator supporters engaged each other in a fierce battle which unfortunately,left some indigenes of the community dead and the community in ruin.As a result of this many Abavo indigenes, particularly able bodied youths have fled the community.The crises since it started in 2012 have rendered the community useless as it was now a shadow of itself.
    Reacting to the recent crises, the executive governor of the state, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan said that the situation was under control as security agents who were deployed to the community have been directed to ensure the safety of lives and properties.The governor advised that while the crises last people should stay away from the community to avoid being killed by any of the warring groups.
   It was gathered that prominent youth leaders in the community, Mike Okonta, Uche Ijebor, Miracle Osemeha, Francis Ikem and Richard Peace have fled from the community and they could not be found for interview.The most affected was Mr Louis Ogor Okoh who was murdered during the crises on January 16,2014 and his properties, including cars were burnt.

  Meanwhile, Governor Uduaghan while sympathizing the families of those who have lost their lives since the crises started said that it was regrettable that Abavo which was before 2012 a peaceful community has now been totally destroyed.He promised that all those behind the crises will face the wrath of the law.

MAN, 35, NZEKWE JOHN FESTUS RUNS FOR DEAR LIFE

The Nzekwe family in Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State has declared their thirty-five years old son, Nzekwe John Festus missing.

Speaking with journalists, the leader of the Nzekwe kindred, Chief Pius Nzekwe stated that their son; Nzekwe John Festus’s life was under threat. According to him, “Festus operates a boutique before he had eye problem which caused his business to fold up for lack of finance.Upon recovery, Festus engaged himself  bricklaying jobs just to make ends meet. Sincerely, Festus is a hardworking man and as such he never allowed his ill health turned him a beggar or criminal. The trouble which led to his sudden disappearance started in the month of May, 2017”.
Continuing, Chief Nzekwe said he was informed that a friend of Festus, Kingsley wants him dead because of his refusal to be introduced into their armed robbery gang. He disclosed that the matter has been reported to Agbor Police Division, but their worry was that the members of the armed robbery gang have not stopped coming to their  house, threatening to kill Festus whenever he is seen.
He disclosed that Festus ran for his dear life and that his whereabouts has remained unknown. Chief Nzekwe said that it is their prayer that their son (Festus) will find peace and shelter wherever he had ran to for safety.
