ASABA: IPOB LEADERS RUN FOR LIFE AS SOLDIERS INVADE MEETING VENUE, KILL ONE

Soldiers on March 14, 2017 raided the meeting of leaders of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) held at an undisclosed primary school Asaba,  capital of Delta State, killing one and arrested some others.

Meanwhile, Ika Weekly got wind of the story when soldiers stormed the residence of Chief Martins Ebagwele in Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area, in search of Peter Ebagwele who happens to be his cousin and who according to our source was the number three (3) leader of the IPOB group called Biafra Federation a Dream Come True.

In a brief chat with Ika Weekly reporter, the commander of the soldiers, Captain M. Adams declared that Peter Ebagwele who escaped arrest at their meeting venue in Asaba is a wanted person by the Nigeria Army.

It is on record that the IPOB group during peaceful protest sometime in 2016 clashed with the military at the Onitsha headbridge where over thirty of them lost their lives to gunshots.
